Wear your contacts to the exam and bring your current glasses. Don’t forget your vision insurance information. If you’re coming in just to purchase contacts and glasses, and you already have a valid prescription, you should bring that as well and skip the exam.
Eyebox currently accepts all major vision plan insurances. These include Eyemed, VSP, Spectera, Versant, Superior, and Davis Vision. Many health insurance carriers contract with vision insurance companies to provide their eye care services, so be sure to check with your health insurance to see who provides your eye care coverage. However, if you do not have vision insurance coverage, we offer lots of options within budget.
Send us an email at info@helloeyebox.com and we’ll let you know your options. Insurance is tricky, and you may be covered even when you think you’re not!
We offer a full range of services. We’ll determine your updated eyeglass prescription for $69. Both an eyeglass and contact lens prescription is $139. Full eye health exams with an eyeglass prescription are $169, and full eye health exams with an eyeglass and contact lens prescription are $239.

It’s always recommended to make an appointment in order to avoid a wait. However, most often, walk-in patients can be seen within just a few minutes.
Remote and in-person optometric technicians work with remote and in-person doctors to determine all eyeglass and contact lens prescriptions. If you have specific needs regarding your visit, please send us an email at info@helloeyebox.com or give us a call at 332-233-5950 before your visit.
Express prescriptions are performed using all the same techniques and equipment used by eye doctors during your regular eye exam. In fact, it’s the same service. You will work with an experienced optometric technician and all results will be reviewed and confirmed by a New York licensed Doctor of Optometry.
