Eyebox Policies
Shipping
If you're visited us in our physical locations, we offer free shipping via USPS to your
home or office. Tracking information will be sent to your email upon shipping.
Currently, we do not offer overnight, expedited shipping, or international shipping.
Processing Time
Glasses
If you've ordered your glasses in one of our physical locations, processing time is most often between one and two weeks. If you've used your vision insurance, have a higher prescription, or have specially ordered a lens or frame, the processing time is most often between two and four weeks.
Contact Lenses
Most patients purchase their contacts at the time of their exams in our physical locations, and take the contacts home the same day. However, if you choose to order online or via phone, contact lens orders will most often arrive within one week of your order. In certain cases backorders at the manufacturer's level can cause delays.
Prescription Rechecks
Contacts
Patients requesting modifications to their contact lens prescriptions must email help@helloeyebox.com within 14 days of their initial contact lens appointment to make adjustments
Glasses
Patients who purchased glasses at Eyebox must email help@helloeyebox.com to schedule a glasses prescription
recheck appointment within 30 days of delivery of the glasses to the patient.

Contact Lens Trial Requests
Patients may request additional contact lens trials within 30 days of their initial contact lens appointment. Please note that there is a shipping and handling fee for additional trial lenses.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please let us know immediately if your order is damaged or is incorrect. For contact lenses, do not open the boxes or use any contacts as opened boxes are non-returnable. Please email us at help@helloeyebox.com and provide photos of any damage or incorrect items.
Order Cancellations
Glasses
If you purchased your eyewear at a physical location, orders may be canceled by phone or email on the same day on which the order was made. Cancellations made after the date of purchase are considered returns.
Contact Lenses
Please contact us via phone or email as soon as possible after making your order. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order.
Returns
Eyeglass Frames and Lenses
If you purchased your eyewear at a physical location, please return in-person, within 14 days of the delivery of
your glasses, so we can resolve any issues. Frames must be in unused condition to be eligible for return.
Please note that eyeglasses lenses are custom-made products and are refundable at 50% of their initial cost. Because vision plan lens labs do not offer refunds or returns, no returns of eyeglass lens orders made using vision insurance will be made.
Contact Lenses
Please return in-person, within 14 days of the delivery of your contacts, so we can resolve any issues. Opened boxes of contacts or partially-used contact lens supplies are not eligible for return.
Warranties
Eyeglass Frames
Eyeglass frames are warrantied for manufacturer's defects for six months from the date of purchase. Manufacturer's defects do not include: normal wear and tear, chewed, sat-on, stepped-on, run-over, chemically damaged, crushed, scratched/scuffed, melted, or lost frames.
Eyeglass Lenses
Our eyeglass lens warranty (if purchased) covers 1 free replacement of your lenses for 1 year from the date of purchase. Please note: you will need to give up your frames while the replacement of lenses is completed at the lens lab.
